The terms and conditions are in place to protect the members of ELAF FIRST and Elaf Hotels. The Terms and Conditions will govern the agreement between ELAF FIRST and participating member(s). It is the members' responsibility to read and understand all of them.
If you require clarification or further information, email our support team at elaf-first@elafhotels.com. The ELAF FIRST Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions cannot be suppressed or changed except in writing.

 

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Enrollment is only available to individuals above 18 years of age. The membership and qualifying benefits are personal and limited to the enrolled member only.
  • After submitting the information required for registration, the member will receive an email confirming their membership tier and unique membership number.
  • During the booking process, the unique membership number must be provided to the hotel reservation agent only when asked to avail and enjoy the benefits.
  • ELAF FIRST reserves the right to exclude membership(s) and earned benefits at its sole discretion for member(s) appearing to violate the loyalty program terms and conditions, including but not limited to the engagement of any criminal, unethical or disrespectful behavior towards hotel associates and its partners.
  • ELAF FIRST reserves the right to terminate the membership within two months of notifying members via email.
  • If the ELAF FIRST loyalty program discontinues due to country legislation, ELAF FIRST is not liable for member(s) data, benefits and related content being deleted from its database upon ending the loyalty program permanently.

Personal Data and Communication Consent:

  • ELAF FIRST will gather personal information deemed necessary to enroll member(s) on the loyalty program. Upon the consent of a member, ELAF FIRST and participating partners will process personal data to activate their membership and qualifying benefits and communicate the necessary information.
  • By signing up, members consent to process and transmit their data by ELAF FIRST in its capacity as the data controller or third-party partner on behalf of ELAF FIRST and in the event of restructuring, merger, or acquisition of a company for the management of member(s) data, guest services, advertising, marketing and communication purposes.
  • Members are obligated to express their written consent upon the sign-up stage to receive Elaf Hotels
  • promotional offers and loyalty program updates via email, mobile phone and other digital platforms related to the program. Members must have a valid email address and mobile program to sign up for the program.
  • Member(s) consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by reaching elaf-first@elafhotels.com. This action will automatically terminate the membership.

Groups not Eligible to Earn Qualifying Stays:

  • Any reservation is made through an OTA, wholesalers, and online travel agents.
  • Group bookings, crew rates and overnight stay with discounted special rates.
  • Night(s) booked but not utilized, referred to as no-show.
  • Complimentary rooms (free stays).

Exclusion Dates for Qualifying nights and Benefits:

  • Ramadan and Hajj season

Membership Tiers and Availing Benefits:

  • Different membership benefits apply to Basic, Plus and Elite. The higher the member level, the more benefits you can enjoy.
  • Upon completion of the required number of nights, member(s) can enjoy benefits associated with their membership tier level for 12 months.
  • The benefits earned are personal and not transferable to any other member.
  • The hotel will deliver member(s) benefits in line with the associated tier status upon check-in.

Earning and Retention Cycle:

  • Members can earn and maintain their tier status based on the number of qualifying nights from registration date plus 12 months.

Downgrading Your Tier:

  • Basic tier member(s) do not qualify for a downgrade regardless of the number of nights.
  • Plus tier member(s) will lose their current status and associated benefits if the number of nights is less than 21 within the last 12 months.
  • Elite tier member(s) will lose their current status and the benefits associated if the number of nights is less than 40 within the last 12 months.

Moving To a Higher Tier:

  • Members will be automatically upgraded to a higher tier level upon achieving the qualified number of nights for the next Tier membership level.

Benefits of Basic Members:

Members are eligible to receive the following benefits after earning (0-20) nights at enlisted Elaf Hotels only.

  • 5% off the best available rate throughout the year.
  • Level A VIP amenities.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi.
  • 10% off food and beverage outlets.
  • Early check-in and late check-out, are subject to availability.

Benefits of Plus members:

Members are eligible to receive the following benefits after earning (21-40) nights at enlisted Elaf Hotels only.

  • 10% off the best available rate throughout the year.
  • Level B VIP amenities.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi.
  • 10% off food and beverage outlets.
  • Early check-in and late check-out, are subject to availability.
  • Complimentary Executive Lounge access, if available at the property.
  • Complimentary breakfast for two at the main restaurant applied to room-only bookings.

Benefits of Elite members:

Members are eligible to receive the following benefits after earning (40+) nights at enlisted Elaf Hotels only.

  • 15% off the best available rate throughout the year.
  • Level C-D VIP amenities.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi.
  • 15% off food and beverage outlets.
  • Early check-in and late check-out, are subject to availability.
  • Complimentary Executive Lounge access, if available at the property.
  • Complimentary breakfast for two at the main restaurant applied to room-only bookings.
  • Pre-approved voucher worth two complimentary nights availed within one stay per year.
  • Upgrade to the next room type upon check-in, subject to availability.

Disputes and Legal Venue:

Saud Arabia law will apply if disputes regarding the applicable membership terms and conditions occur.
